Apart from Apple cider vinegar, this product contains ginger, turmeric and moringa, all of which are purported to have ant inflammatory properties. I found this to be an excellent product. Unfortunately, it’s now hard to find.

+ PROS: Tablet form doesn’t harm teeth. A four in one tablet.
- CONS: More expensive than the liquid.
