Very much enjoyed this wine - the whiskey barrels give the wine a unique flavour that very much improved the sauce I made with a splash of the wine. The wine itself then made a lovely accompaniment with the meal - a smooth, comfortable wine.

Love the different taste of this Shiraz. The double barrel definitely gave this wine that extra edge in taste. I am normally a Pinot Noir drinker but this has changed my view and I will definitely look forward to enjoying a glass of Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Vintage in the near future.

we all felt this was an acquired taste. the aroma was lovely with a hint of whiskey, colour was a deep rich red. flavour was dry and not to our preference. we did however make a lovely slow cooked pie with the left overs. this wine gave the pie a very unique and enjoyable flavour. The bottle was very appealing to the eye with the red cap and picture of barrels.

A high quality Australian wine. This bottle of Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Vintage is rich and bold in flavour. You could really taste the unique flavour and the texture of the wine was smooth. Will definitely be purchasing again and supporting a beautiful local wine.

Loved this dry wine. Our neighbours tried it and loved it also. My go to red wine for when I need to bring one to a dinner party.

Very nice drop of wine and the bottle went down well. Often red wines will give me headaches but this wine had no side effects, except for being yummy and the bottle empty too soon. Very smooth flavour without being overpowering. This wine will go with any meal in any season.

Love it. This is my sisters fave. It’s all she will drink. Not your typical red. It’s full bodied, easy & enjoyable to drink. It’s at a decent price point for a good red. I don’t know if you could finish a whole bottle alone, it’s mighty powerful, but ideal to share.

This was such an interesting wine, the subtle aroma and flavour of scotch whisky combined with a premium Shiraz grape was a perfect accompaniment to my red steak meal followed by a rich chocolate lava cake for dessert. I will definitely purchase this product again.

My dad loves his red wine, so this was an easy gift for him. He loved it so much that he keeps going back for more. I had to slow him down. He thoroughly enjoyed it and it has knocked his other red wine out of the water.

I love Shiraz, and I'm pleased this wine keeps a flavour profile true to a Shiraz but adds another depth/dimension through the barrel aging. Super drinkable and pleasant wine that most wine lovers will enjoy, I paired with a spicy beef stir fry and it was a great compliment to the meal

This wine blew us away. We really enjoyed the depth of flavour, a full bodied wine. We are normally white wine drinkers so it was great to find a nice red that we enjoy. I used the last lot of the bottle in a spaghetti bolognaise and it completely lifted the flavour of the sauce. We have already ordered a dozen bottles.

A smooth drinking wine with a beautiful peppery oak finish. A delicious drop, to proudly share with others! Defiantly a bottle you don't have to second guess when trying to impress friends at dinner. JACOB'S CREEK DOUBLE BARREL SHIRAZ VINTAGE has flavorsome light bouquet, which is fruity on the palette and has a sharp dryness on the back of the tongue. This smooth Shiraz is a winner all round.
