I use this jelly all the time - not as a jelly but as a sweetener in cakes and as thickener in making home made jam. I also use it in my trifles or as a sprinkle on greek yoghurt to add some indulgent flavour.

I like the concept, however I would like to see natural sweetener rather than 3 different sweeteners. Also I would like to see it made with vegetable-based gelatine rather than beef gelatine. I would buy this product if it did not contain beef gelatine.
