Always love buying Jacob's Creek. Its a "safe" wine brand, in terms of knowing it will always taste good. the double barrel has a nice flavour. more expensive than the standard wine varieties they also sell, but would buy every now and then.

The wine is smooth and easy to drink, the whisky flavour comes in at the end and creates a interesting flavour. I think this is a bottle I will take to share with family, friends at christmas.

A very enjoyable red wine. We drank this with dinner and all enjoyed the rich grape flavour complimented with the finishing taste of the whiskey barrel. A wine we will definitely be buying again.

oh my god to die for. love Jacobs creeks wines so this was a no brainer for me. Plus that I got Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon instead of Shiraz which I like better. Love the freshness in Cabernet Sauvignon than the spice in Shiraz.

I'd give this 6 stars if I could. I absolutely loved the subtle taste of the whiskey barrels considering I love a whiskey so it really was quite a unique taste. My only complaint is that there just wasnt another bottle! Would definitely buy this in future and even recommend. Also a wonderful bottle to take to a dinner/going to someone's house.

Great taste and easy to drink. The barrel process gives this wine a different finish than what you would expect from a Cab Sav but very smooth and enjoyable.

Lovely wine however it does have a very strong whiskey flavour. It is not to my taste but a whiskey/wine lover would enjoy it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of this wine and smoothly it went down. Jacob's Creek really hit the ball out of the park with this range. It seems like they have stepped up their game with this, making their wine feel more luxurious to drink. Will be purchasing for sure!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the body and flavour of this wine! I normally consume wines from a wide variety of price ranges - from on sale brands I know are good value, to high end wines for special occasions. This wine is very well placed as a good middle range wine that I would buy again.

DELICIOUS was so dubious as I thought it would be too full bodied but i was wrong! ALSO I used a bit of it in a slow cooked pork dish - AMAZING - to eat and drink!

LOVED IT! first time having sauvignon from Jacobs, i'm more of a shiraz type of man. But, the sauvignon did not disappoint. the flavour was sweet, and has a bit of a kick, which I kinda like.

Highly rated this product. Wish we could give it six out of five stars. We are not big red drinkers because it is hard to find one we both like. Full body, beautiful fruity notes, not too dry. NIce medium priced drop, but not so expensive you feel wasteful if you add a glass to a stew or a Bologniase sauce (which we did and it lifted the game of the sauce.) Have already ordered a dozen bottles to add to our wine collection.

Went well with a pork belly roast and side of baked patatoes and steamed carrots glazed in honey.

I twist the bottle top and a the smell of whiskey drifts pass my nostrils. The dry smooth taste of this wine travels down my throat and with my eyes closed l feel like l could be anywhere in the world enjoying this glass.

The whole family liked the wine. For something of this price it was actually quite crisp and would work well with most dinners. Nice dark colour and risk taste. No bitterness. Would buy again.
