I don't usually like nut bars as they are too sweet but this was really nice. It was more of a savoury flavour with the salt.

These bars are perfectly balanced. There is not too thick of a chocolate layer, they are not swimming in sugar, so they don't hurt your teeth when you bite into them. I enjoyed these much more than I thought I would.

Kind bars are delicious. It is quick, convenient and mess free, and I sometimes grab one to eat for breakfast on the run. This is just the right amount of dark choc to satisfy a sweet craving with the added bonus of satiety because of the protein.

YUMMO!!! I'm not going to lie I was starving when I decided to crack this bad boy and I wasn't holding out much hope for it hitting the spot but man was I wrong, it was tasty and filling and dare I say it was scrumptious.
