I used this after an entire day of house painting and it completely took all the dried paint off my hands and nails. So much better than regular soap or hand wash as it has fine grainy particles to remove those hard to get off bits like dried on paint/dirt/grime. It has convenient packaging and as its enriched with natural citrus oils it left my hands soft, smooth and smelling beautiful.

This product has to be the winner of this Black Box campaign in our household. My partner frequently arrived home from work with grease, hydraulic oil and all other sorts of dirt that doesn't easily move from his hands without leaving remnants on them but Solvol Heavy-Duty Hand Cleaner Liquid did the trick. It also works a treat removing fishy smells from hands after going fishing! My only gripe is that the bottle gets dirty after picking it up to squeeze it- I would prefer a pump for this reason.

I had an opporunity to try this product and it came in handy after I had cleaned out my outdoor pizza oven. The product was easy to use and I enjoy the fact that I didn't have to use the 'dirty bar of soap' that normally sits on the side of my laundry sink for these occasions. I will be replacing that soap bar with this product which is much cleaner and easier to store.

Although I have no "handy people" in my family it doesn't mean we don't now and then need an industrial strength hand cleaner. I got ink on my hands changing an ink cartridge and the ink came off with ease. My husband changed a tyre on his bike and got oil on his hands he too was impressed with this product. My kids are lazy and wouldn't know how to get dirty hands.

Horrible stuff for cleaning grease. My husband used to buy the Solvol bars as it was the most effective at removing grease from his body but now they only sell the liquid and it does not work. It was the hard grit in the bar that was the most effective but with the liquid, it just slides right off and he cannot get a good scrub in. Useless product for tough dirt on skin.

Great for when you need something strong & powerful as a hand wash and cleaning agent. I also used it on paint brushes and on my floor to clean up, overall it did a great job of dissolving dried on paint and glue from surfaces, my hands and equipment. After years of using either dishwashing liquid or laundry powder, as the only options that work to clean my husbands greasy/dirty hands, it was amazing to find a product that worked to well to remove dirt and grime, which also smelt great and left the hands feeling soft after use!

My husband swears by this, he works as a tyre fitter and with all the dirt and grease at the end of the day. His hands go from black and greasy to squeaky clean in minutes of washing.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this as I haven't used Solvol before, but I liked it. The gritty texture really helped the scrub the dirt off. The downside was it came out of the bottle quickly when tipped so it would be easy to use a lot and go through the bottle pretty quickly!

This is a super handy product to carry around with you! I use it after we've been to the park, or the kids have been out and about skateboarding, after sports training and basically anytime we get our hands dirty. It feels nice on the hands.
